VISITATION UPDATE & GUIDELINES

Please be assured, we have been monitoring the current pandemic situation daily and will continue to closely follow the evolution of the regional environment.

We have decided to restart the visitation at our residence.

Out of an abundance of caution, our protocol on a go forward basis for visitation will be as follows:

Only pre-scheduled appointments are permitted.
They must be made during regular business hours Monday–Friday.

Please contact Kate Way at 388-8188 to arrange your visit. Leave a message and she will return your call.

Upon entry to our home, you must:

• Sanitize hands

• Wear mask at all times

• Complete the updated COVID-19 screening tool

• Your temperature will be taken upon entry

• Valid ID and phone number must be submitted

• Visitor must go directly to residents room and stay there for the duration of the visit in the room

Updated Visiting Hours:

Monday to Friday | 2pm – 4pm

Wednesday and Thursday | 6pm – 8pm

Saturday and Sunday | 2pm – 4pm
